Maya Lin to be 2011 Thomas Jefferson Medalist in Architecture

Maya Lin will receive the 2011 Thomas Jefferson Foundation Medal in Architecture at UVA in April. The School of Architecture will host a public talk by Maya Lin April 13 at 10 a.m. in Old Cabell Hall Auditorium. Her deeply humane and even spiritual work spans the disciplines of landscape design, sculpture, art, and architecture.
